Como é calculado o INSS?
O INSS não tem uma alíquota fixa, ele é calculado de acordo com o valor do salário do empregado. Ou seja, as porcentagens de desconto irão variar dependendo do salário de cada um.
Quando o empregado tiver como salário um valor superior ao limite máximo de contribuição, só é permitido descontar do salário um valor estabelecido, chamado de TETO. Mesmo ganhando mais, não poderá contribuir com mais dinheiro. O funcionário terá descontado na sua folha de pagamento, todos os meses, o valor referente ao INSS. Por exemplo:
